In our beginner program students focus on the basics of Kickboxing, basic self defense and strengthening their bodies by working on their physical conditioning. Once these goals have been achieved students are now ready to move into our intermediate/advanced program.
In this program we build on our students kickboxing skills incorporating technique training, focus pad work, bag work, and thai pad work. In this class we increase the level of physical work and stretching to encourage our students to train harder and smarter.
